I am unsure if I am posting this in the correct forum, if any moderator sees that it is in the incorrect forum please move it to the correct one. I have an interesting issue here. I was with Dell Financial Services, which was an account serviced by WebBank. Comenity Capital Bank took over the account from WebBank in October of 2023. The applicable agreement is not uploaded to the CFPB website, and I can't seem to get a copy of the agreement from Comenity Capital Bank's Dell Pay website. I have a secure message from them in the online access of the account that shows an agreement that goes into effect 08/09/2024, but the current and applicable agreement is not there. Does anyone here have a copy of the agreement that was sent to them when Comenity first took over and renamed Dell Financial Services to Dell Pay?
