Do the members of this forum have any opinion(s) as to which of the following states (CA, AZ, or NC) provide the most consumer friendly state laws governing collections? I am assuming it's CA but wanted to inquire to the members of this forum based on their own experiences in invoking state law violations against collectors, OCs, and/or CRAs.
