Think this is a potential scam...but

If you have any questions concerns or need to rescheduel prior to my arrival it is imperative that you contact teh filign partys office directly at 844 912 3642 and refer to your file claim number (gives the file number. You have been officially notified and once again I will be out tommorow so please plan to be available. Thank you.
I'm pretty srue that ths is not legit, first of all they don't tell me the name of the "Filer" and this whole thing is vague IMO. they don't give my address either.
