Phone calls from SRS, allegedly. Scam or CA?

I have been getting calls from someone claiming to be SRS.  There is a collection agency by that name, but I don't know if this is them or just scammers using the name.

Their pattern is to call every week to 10 days, but they call twice in one day when they do call.  The calls are about 10 minutes apart.   I let the machine take the calls.   This is the message, essentially the same every time:

"This is an urgent and time-sensitive message from SRS.  Please return our call using the number on your Caller ID to be connected to a live representative.  Please return our call as soon as possible."

I have not called them back.  This is a generic message that could be left for anyone; they do not use my name.  They also do not identify themselves as debt collectors.  I have received nothing in the mail from SRS.

The voices that left the messages:  the first two sets of calls, the first message was in a woman's voice with a slight British accent.  The second message was in a man's voice with a strong southern or western accent.  The most recent calls, both messages were the same voice, a man with no accent.  I suspect these are computer-generated voices.

The Caller ID numbers are different every week. but are the same for the two calls 10 minutes apart.  The first time, Caller ID said "suspected spam."  The second two times, it said "account service."  It could be spoofed.  I would think a legitimate business would have a consistent phone number.  This sounds like burner phones, which suggests scammers.

Has anybody else experienced this?  I suspect it is a scam.  Or maybe a rogue CA that likes to violate?
