I have a judgement that was mistakenly entered against me. It took me sometime, but I was able to get it removed.....or so I thought. I applied for an apartment and it still shows there. It isn't showing on my credit reports. This was done late 2016/early 2017. Because it came up, the apartment is declining, but asked me to bring documents in showing that it was being removed. I have letter saying from attorney/collection agency that it was being removed and I have the court paperwork, cashier check copy and that's it.
Is there something else I need to do to get it completely removed? I am in California.
