I received the following voicemail today. Sounds like a scam but am unsure and would like some opinions before I call back.
“Important message intended for, last four of social is, my name is Rachel Seger I'm contacting from Assets legal office calling in regards to three formal claims of fraud that are pending specific to Harrison County. We are scheduled to proceed with the service of process to have the documentation delivered out to the individual either at the residence or current employer. you do have the legal right to contact our processing department, you would need to request a release of order to prevent the local authorities being sent out to the Pond Road address that is on file. number where we can be reached in regards to the case is 855-227-5338 You will need to reference case docket number V as in Victor 249_ 220 you need to make contact prior to 3 PM Eastern standard time in order to avoid the schedule for service process the number we can be _reached at is __________855-227-5338 you have officially been notified of your case…”
any thoughts. They had my name and correct last 4 digits of my social.
