Hi everyone!I just got a civil actions summons in the State of Georgia. The original credit was Credit One Bank, but Midland Funding purchased the debt.

To be honest, I have no idea where to start. I've been lurking the forums today, and tried pulling apart info from various other individuals with similar issues, couldn't really find a solid answer for my particular situation.

Thanks in advance!
