Got complaint today..I was served with papers from private server. The papers says case was e filed on march 25 but i just got them today. It is synchrony account that i owe on. I already told them im completely disabled and cant pay it so i dont know what they think they will get. There is no time frame for a return or anywhere to answer questions. It just says complaint.. Any help is appreciated
