Sorry I could not come up with a better title. sorry. I think I know the answer but want confirmation from others on this.
Does a CA usually buys a person's debt as a whole or individually?
I mean, a person might have debts with 4 different Credit Card companies....is the CA buying that junk debt as a whole or maybe just of one or two of your debts?
and a follow up. Do they have to sue you on each credit card debt individually or can they sue on the debt from all of them grouped?
