Long post hopefully it's not to confusing or a waste of time.
I have 2 accounts with LVNV funding both are Credit One Bank Credit Cards. I have not disputed any of them only sent them a validation letter.
- May 22, 2024 I sent 2 letters in reference to accounts that are with Resurgent. It was copy and paste letter from CFPB's website asking more about the debt. Blah Blah Blah.
- 6/15 Today I got 6 letters from them. (2 were duplicates 🤡)
First account they sent the cover letter and ONE statement of when the account was charged off.
Second account they sent same as above PLUS another letter that looks like they went ahead and sent a response to a dispute ( I haven't filed one)
With this letter they sent 3 statements. ( Will attach below)
One dated 12/10/22 $864.53
Second dated 1/10/23 $903.99
Final dated 10/10/23 $1456.32
In the account summary report they sent it states the date of last payment is 3/7/23
No statements were sent showing how the debt went from $903 to $1456?
Is this something I should look further into? Or am I just being slow?
If it is something I should look into how should I respond?
