I was served yesterday by PRA for 2 suits. I was served at home. I have been out of work and am under medical review for disability. The papers were signed by an attorney in Norfolk, VA, notarized in Dekalb County and filed in my local magistrate court. What do I need to know about going to court. I realize that the original creditors did not file suit and PRA bought the debt for pennies on the dollar.
