You guys were so helpful in the past with issues that I had with midland so maybe you guys can give me some advice on some collections that are now outside of the SOL. I have something with Calvary and something with Portfolio Recovery that are outside of their SOL as of July meaning I can no longer be sued for the alleged debt. Anyway, I know that collection agencies can report to the Credit bureaus for 7 years, but is there steps that I can take to try to get those collections off of my credit report sooner? Sending letters to the bureaus or anything like that? Am I just out of luck and need to wait out the 7 year period? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
