A year ago I had an accident with no insurance, now unemployed. I just recived collector notice confirmation to dispute ($12000), it says unless you, with in 30 days after notice, dispute the validity of this amount owed or any portion thereof, is dispiuted , this office will obtain verification of the amount owed agains you. can they treat to suspend my license, if applicable in my state, what is the next step ? thank you for any help
