I've attached the letter I received at my PO Box. They actually sent it to my old home address and then it was forwarded to my post office box.
1) Do they have to physically give it to me to file a suit against me? Or is sending it certified to my post office box enough?
a) Should I get rid of my po box and don't leave a forwarding so they can't send it to me or serve me?
2) Do I contact them to make a deal or do they have enough to win in court? I've attached a pdf of what I've received so far.
3) I'm not sure what I should do. Do I wait until I am sued?
